Vivuntu was born in São Paulo from the convergence of two professional journeys that began thousands of miles apart.
Andrea is Ecuadorian, from Guayaquil. For 15 years, she led audit teams, managed mergers and acquisitions, and developed executive decision making strategies across multinational corporations. Her work took her across continents, sharpening her ability to coordinate people across cultural boundaries and see beyond surface level differences.
Lucas is a São Paulo native who spent years coordinating international executive programs, guiding thousands of leaders, professors, and students from different cultures through courses in management, leadership, and finance. His job was not just to complete programs, but to ensure every person had an enriching experience, understood the cultural context deeply, navigated with confidence, and returned transformed.
We met in California, where Lucas was working and Andrea was completing an international business strategy program. We kept in touch. We fell in love. Andrea moved to São Paulo, where Lucas had always lived. Eventually, we got married.
When our two areas of expertise came together in São Paulo, a clear opportunity emerged. International groups of all types were looking for genuine, well coordinated experiences but faced fragmentation and lack of integrated operational support. From this, Vivuntu was born.
